In a Nutshell

My day, so far, has gone thusly:*

Sleep.

Run

Eat. (Eggos: because I'm to lazy to make the real thing)

Housework: Real Men clean their house.

Sleep again - because Real Men also need a nap.

...and now it's time to go get the kids from school.

There was also a lot of coffee involved throughout all that - but that goes without saying, doesn't it?
